How come corporations like Walmart or Best Buy or Microsoft pay 88% of their income in taxes?

Microsoft’s profit accounts for $16.8 billion dollars a year on average and the US government takes almost $15 billion on taxes and Microsoft goes home with 1.8 billion…

How is this possible? Why doesn’t the government just tax 99% of their income so they become richer?
Is this why Microsoft is sending all their money to africa as charity?

My sister wants an external hardrive for her laptop for Chrismas….
My boss suggested this website, and it all says desktop external hardrives. But just wanted to check, they are OK for laptops.

My sister will only really be storing music and film and the occasional work thing. So do you think this one would be OK?

Thanks for advice and any tips!

How can I use Google analytics to find out exactly which webpages link to my site?

Posted by admin | Google | Friday 29 May 2009 5:20 am
A J asked:

Google analytics by default only gives the domain that linked to your site in its referring sites section. I have heard there’s a way to get it to tell you exactly which specific web-pages link to you but I have been unable to activate this functionality. Any ideas…?
